* To qualify for one of the CVCA- Canada’s Venture Capital & Private Equity Association, the nominating member must submit a completed information sheet, prior to October 12, 2011.
After multiple assessment phases, our judging panel of preeminent professionals will select the winners by late-October 2011.
The deal must have been closed within the 2011 calendar year or have been announced in 2010 or 2011 and have a high profitability of closing in 2011 (with the exception of the Value Creation award).
