* The above transactions have been judgmentally selected for consideration as award recipients based on our review of publicly available information. We have generally considered transactions greater than C$100 million as a starting point, but will consider additional transactions below this threshold if they meet the criteria for eligibility and receive a nomination.

We have not assessed the likelihood of the announced transactions successfully closing. In order to be eligible for an award these transactions must close in 2010 or management of the buyer must demonstrate that the transaction is high likely to close early in 2011.
